Support for the SawyaaHr app
Answers to the questions employees ask most, and three ways to reach a person when the answer is not here.
Ask your employer, or ask us — it is rarely both
Your employer runs your account; we run the software. Sending a question to the wrong one is the slowest way to get an answer.
Your HR department
Start here for anything about your own record
Account creation, a wrong work location, a missing payslip, leave balances, approval chains, and account closure are all controlled by your employer. Your HR administrator can fix these in minutes; we cannot change them without their instruction.
Email our support team

The four things most people need on day one
Signing in
Use the email address or employee ID your HR department registered, with the password they issued. There is no public sign-up — the app cannot create an account for you.
Clocking in and out
Open Attendance and tap Clock In. The app reads your location once, checks it against your assigned work site, and shows it on a map before recording the punch.
Payslips and requests
My Salaries lists every payslip, openable line by line. Requests covers leave, loans, expenses, overtime, trips, tickets, and HR letters, each with its own status trail.
Arabic and English
The app opens in your device language and can be switched at any time from Settings. Arabic is laid out right-to-left throughout, not mirrored after the fact.
Frequently asked questions
Twelve answers covering nearly every support email we receive.
Your employer creates it. Ask your HR department to register you on the platform — they will send your sign-in details to your work email. The app has no sign-up screen because accounts belong to the company, not to individuals.
The app compares your device location against the work site your employer assigned you. Three things usually cause this: location permission is off (check Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services), GPS has not settled yet (wait a few seconds indoors or step near a window), or the coordinates your employer recorded for the site are wrong. If the first two are fine, ask HR to check the site coordinates. In the meantime, submit an unrecorded-attendance request so the day is not lost.
Open Attendance, choose the affected day, and submit an unrecorded-attendance request. You can attach a photo as supporting evidence. It goes to your manager for approval like any other request, and once approved the day is corrected automatically.
The code goes to the email address on your account and is valid for 10 minutes. Check your spam folder first, then use Resend code once the countdown finishes. If the address on your account is wrong or no longer in use, only your HR administrator can change it — they can also turn two-step verification off for your account if your company policy allows it.
Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. We email you a code, you confirm it, and you set a new password straight away. If no email arrives, confirm with HR that the address on your account is the one you are checking.
Payslips appear once your payroll team posts the run for that month. If colleagues can see the month and you cannot, your record may not have been included in the run — ask your HR or payroll department to check. We cannot create or edit a payslip.
Balances come from your employer's leave policy and accrual rules, and update as requests are approved. Open the balance to see the transactions behind it. If a figure still looks wrong, send that breakdown to your HR department — they can correct the underlying entitlement.
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › SawyaaHr, or Android Settings › Apps › SawyaaHr › Notifications. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them. If they are allowed and still not arriving, sign out and back in — this re-registers your device for push.
Usually a network issue: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and turn off any VPN or corporate proxy that might block the connection. If the problem continues on more than one device in your company, your employer's deployment may be down — email us with your company name and we will check.
Your account is an employment record owned by your employer, so it cannot be deleted from inside the app. Ask your HR department to deactivate it; access ends immediately, and the record is erased once its statutory retention period expires. Full details are in the Privacy Policy under 'Deleting your account'.
No. The app reads your location once, at the moment you tap Clock In or Clock Out, and never while it is in the background or closed. You can verify this in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services, where SawyaaHr is set to 'While Using the App'.
iOS 15.0 or later on iPhone, and Android 7.0 or later on Android. We support the current and previous major release of each operating system.
What the app collects
Location is read once at clock-in, never in the background. We do not sell your data or show advertising. The full detail, permission by permission, is in the policy.
